Role: Warehouse Manager

Who We’re Looking For
We need someone organized, detail-driven, and ready to jump into the behind-the-scenes action that makes everything run smoothly. Whether it’s shipping goggles to a customer, restocking stores, or wrangling a delivery run in the Craniologie van—you’re the type who gets the job done and keeps things moving. Bonus points if you’re into snow gear and can help out on the retail floor when needed.
What You’ll Own
- Support all warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, restocking, and returns
- Keep the warehouse tidy, efficient, and ready for action
- Keep inventory organized, up-to-date, and flowing across all channels (retail, rental, e-comm, clearance)
- Assist with daily store transfers and local delivery routes in the company van (includes recycling/dump runs and PO Box checks)
- Help process warranties and customer returns with care and clarity
- Occasionally assist customers in the clearance center with retail support or bike rentals
You Might Be a Fit If...
- You’re comfortable using a POS or inventory system (or willing to learn—Lightspeed & Amazon Seller Central are our tools)
- You’re detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to do things right the first time
- You enjoy working on your feet and can lift up to 70 lbs safely
- You’re good at staying organized even when things get busy
- You can drive a company vehicle and have a clean driving record
- You’re a team player who’s not afraid to jump in wherever needed—warehouse, van, or retail floor
