About us:
PDX Deals is a small retail business in North East Portland that sells large quantities of customer-returned and overstock items from Costco and Amazon (think cookware, small appliances, home goods, and furniture). There are currently five employees, and we work together closely. With that in mind, you must be willing to collaborate and function as a team player. We are fast-paced, but you'll also find that we are a relaxed environment where you can enjoy camaraderie and fun!

About you:
You are a self-starter, and you're motivated. There is always work to be done and we need someone who can take charge without being asked. Lastly, you are meticulous! A big part of this role is inspecting products for damage and/or missing parts; your attention to detail is necessary.
Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to inventory availability in our retail store.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Unloading pallets and merchandise from delivery trucks
- Inspecting and verifying product quality and completeness
- Transporting products throughout the facility
- Organizing and maintaining orderly storage areas
Requirements:
- Capable of lifting at least 70 lbs as well as prolonged physical activity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product inspection processes
- History of being reliable
