What You’ll Do:
- Receive and review work orders for drink products
- Accurately pull and load drink items into route tubs
- Count and organize inventory, ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO)
- Load tubs onto delivery trucks for distribution
- Safely operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Work in a fast-paced environment with 8-hour average shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift 35+ lbs repetitively throughout the shift
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Forklift and powered pallet jack experience required
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Must pass a drug screen and background check

**Position Overview:**
As a Warehouse Associate - Bulk Drink, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely distribution of our bulk beverage products. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and preparing bulk drink orders while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a team-oriented attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Receiving and Storing:**- Accurately receive bulk drink shipments and inspect for quality and quantity.
- Properly store products in designated locations, adhering to safety and inventory management protocols.
**Order Preparation:**- Pick and prepare bulk drink orders according to customer specifications.
- Utilize warehouse equipment (pal forklifts, hand trucks, etc.) to move products safely and efficiently.
**Inventory Management:**- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Assist in the inventory tracking process to ensure product availability and prevent shortages.
**Quality Control:**- Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality and safety of bulk drink products.
- Report any damaged or expired items to management promptly.
**Cleanliness and Safety:**- Keep the warehouse area clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all company safety policies.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.- Previous warehouse experience, particularly in food and beverage distribution, is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
