About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate who will play a key role in our daily operations. This position requires proficiency in operating a forklift, supporting warehouse workflows, and providing Spanish-English interpretation to ensure clear communication across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
- Assist with receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Promote and model safe work practices at all times, ensuring adherence to company safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Serve as interpreter for Spanish-speaking team members and management, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
- Support other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — must be able to interpret and translate accurately and confidentially.
- Proven experience operating a forklift (current certification preferred or ability to obtain quickly).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to safety and following established protocols.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 – 41 per week
