Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular counts and maintaining accurate record
- Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet operational goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and order fulfillment techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is essential for maintaining workplace safety.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
