Where is the work:
This position has been designated as On-Site.
Position Summary: The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse, preparing small packages for shipment, as well as general cleaning. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, be detail oriented, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help receive and process incoming shipments and verify accuracy and quality of materials
- Help organize and maintain inventory in designated locations within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare small package orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Solutions Leader
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate non-powered warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move products and packages
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with occasional visits to the office
- Collaborative team environment with regular interaction with various departments
- This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $25.00 per hour
