Role: Warehouse Manager

Who We’re Looking For
You’ve got serious skills in logistics, inventory, and team leadership—and you know how to turn a busy, high-volume warehouse into a clean, dialed-in machine. You’re proactive, detail-obsessed, and great at spotting (and solving) inefficiencies before they become problems. You’re comfortable balancing the chaos of a peak season with the calm of a well-planned schedule. And you’re not above jumping in to help a customer in the front of house when needed, because you care about the full customer experience.
What You’ll Own
- Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory, e-comm fulfillment, vendor returns, and logistics
- Lead and train a small but mighty warehouse crew with clear systems and expectations
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory across retail, rental, and clearance channels
- Fulfill store transfers and e-commerce orders quickly and cleanly
- Coordinate product deliveries to and from our flagship stores (plus the usual recycling, PO Box, and dump runs)
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment (and keep the Craniologie van looking sharp)
- Oversee warranty processing and reporting, including communicating with vendors and managing warranty relationships
- Occasionally support in-store customers with retail sales or gear pickups
You Might Be a Fit If...
- You’ve managed a warehouse or fulfillment center before (bonus if it involved inventory or outdoor gear)
- You’re confident running cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
- You’re fluent in the language of packing slips, POS systems (like Lightspeed), and platforms like Shopify or Amazon Seller Central
- You’re cool under pressure, stay organized when things get wild, and aren’t fazed by seasonal volume spikes
- You take pride in your work and love creating structure that others can rely on
- You’re physically able to lift 50–70 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- You have a valid driver's license, a clean record, and can handle winter driving in the mountains
