We’re are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the setup and day-to-day operations of our new fulfilment center in Hannover, Germany.
If you thrive in fast-moving, tech-enabled environments and have experience in high-volume eCommerce operations (think Amazon-style), this is your chance to own and shape a growing operation from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
- Set up and run the Germany warehouse with full autonomy
- Oversee stock control, goods-in, and dispatch of 500+ daily orders (mainly eBay)
- Use our custom WMS to track and manage inventory
- Recruit and lead a small team
- Report to the Head of eCommerce and senior UAE-based management
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in eCommerce or retail warehouse management
- Confident with digital systems (WMS experience is a plus)
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a scale-up environment
Please note: The candidate must be based in Germany, fluent in both German and English, and preferably of German nationality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
