The Warehouse Office Coordinator will report directly to the Company Operations Manager and work closely with both the Company Operations and Warehouse Management teams to oversee daily functions. Duties will include daily office operations, supply management, visitor reception, internal culture initiatives such as team-building activities and charitable programs, interviewing, scheduling, and assistance with other areas of the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors upon arrival, distribute deliveries, and be a point of contact for our Casey Warehouse.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing inventory and ordering office/kitchen supplies.
- Support internal company culture by assisting with events like team-building activities, Huddle lunches/Snacktastic, health initiatives, and charitable donation programs.
- Assist with company lunches, team outings, and special events.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring of new warehouse team members including calling potential applicants, setting up interviews, and follow-up with the interview process as needed.
- Assist with the new hire process including being a point of contact and ensuring 7, 30, 90 Day and Annual reviews are completed on time.
- Collaborate with human resources on hiring, reviews, and discipline issues.
- Collaborate with other admins to handle key daily operational tasks.
- Help fulfill orders when needed.
- Handle other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a communications or business field preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Easily adapt and juggle multiple duties.
- Organization and time management.
- Project management skills.
- Work ethic and punctuality.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Word, Excel, etc.
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to do basic math.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to focus on tasks but also be capable of handling interruptions.
- Willing to learn and grow into new responsibilities.
Additional Details
- Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 dollars annually plus PTO and other benefits.
- Shift: Five days a week in-person
