Warehouse Operations Team Associate - bilingual in Korean and English

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations and task management
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in records through regular reconciliation
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, packing, labeling, and dispatching
• Conduct and support warehouse safety trainings; help maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with packing, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient workflows
• Manage asset tracking and coordinate office/warehouse supply purchasing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse operation data using internal systems
• Coordinate basic equipment maintenance and repair schedules
• Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
• Support onboarding and training of new warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency

Requirements

• Teamwork skills
• Proficiency in office programs
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred
• Strong multitasking ability
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred
• Basic understanding of overall warehouse operations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.

Compensation

• $20-30/hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule

• Business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday
