Milltek Corp is the U.S. division of Milltek Sport, a globally recognized manufacturer of high-performance exhaust systems. Based in Knoxville, TN, our facility handles warehousing and distribution for Milltek and a growing portfolio of premium performance brands including Forge Motorsport, RaceChip, TRE, and others. As our operations expand, we are looking for a hands-on and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily activities of our warehouse team.
Role Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are dispatched efficiently and safely. This role requires a balance of leadership, organization, and a willingness to get stuck in when needed. You’ll play a key part in supporting our customer service standards and driving continuous improvement in our growing logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and motivate a small team of warehouse staff, ensuring performance, punctuality, and safe working practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Ensure all products are handled and stored correctly, minimizing damage or loss
- Assist with training new staff and implementing process improvements
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when required (certification preferred)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient with inventory software or warehouse management systems (e.g., Unleashed or similar)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive parts industry
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs paperwork, and freight processes
