Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and the safe handling of goods. Duties
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks
- Process customer returns
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain organization within the distribution center to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Unload floor loaded trucks and receive them in the proper bin locations
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a distribution center.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF Scanner
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and cherry pickers safely.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members.
- A commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
