Position Overview
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in day-to-day logistics operations, including receiving inventory, organizing stock, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect products for damage
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders to meet delivery schedules
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (training provided)
- Inventory Support: Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory data updates
- Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
- Shipping Preparation: Assist with labeling, documentation, and packaging for outbound freight
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
