About the Role:
We are hiring a skilled Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced eCommerce fulfillment center. This role is critical to ensuring that orders are picked accurately, safely, and efficiently. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with cherry picker equipment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a cherry picker forklift to pick products from racking systems
- Accurately scan, label, and pick orders using RF scanners
- Handle a wide variety of SKUs, including light and heavy merchandise
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Assist with staging and organizing picked orders for packing and shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors
Requirements:
- Experience operating cherry picker equipment (6 months or more preferred)
- Must be certified or willing to certify for cherry picker use
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
- Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands of warehouse work
- Prior experience in eCommerce or fulfillment centers is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
