About Us
We are a growing custom watch studio specializing in handmade, personalized timepieces. Our Nashua location is one of the few DIY watch stores in the U.S., where customers choose components and watch their custom designs come to life. We're looking for a careful, reliable team member to join our in-store assembly team.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble custom watches using dials, hands, movements, cases, and straps
- Follow detailed instructions using small tools (e.g., tweezers, screwdrivers)
- Perform visual quality checks and light cleaning of completed watches
- Assist with workshop preparation and support customer experiences
- Keep your work area neat and organized
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required — full training provided
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- $15/hour training pay for the first month
- $18/hour after training (based on performance)
