We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Utility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our utility systems. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations of utility systems, including water treatment facilities.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of utility infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Collect and analyze data related to utility usage, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for utility management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in utility management or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with water treatment processes and regulations is preferred.
- Basic math skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment is essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting as required by the role.
