Fireball USA and its creative division, Ember Studios, are seeking a highly visual, modern, and concept-driven Web & Graphic Designer with deep experience in UI/UX, layered layout design, and cross-platform creativity. This role goes far beyond template-based development—it’s about creating aesthetic digital experiences that elevate our brands and turn heads in every scroll, click, and interaction.
You will take the creative lead on all things web design, brand identity, digital storytelling, and UX flow, starting with the complete overhaul of Fireball-USA.shop. Your work will set the tone for all of our digital output—across multiple platforms, products, and partners.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who’s fluent in modern design language—fluid layouts, strategic typography, on-trend gradients, layered visual depth, and minimalist creative storytelling. Think in grids. Think in scroll reveals. Think like an agency creative—but make it in-house.
You’ll also help define Ember Studios’ work for external clients, so a deep understanding of branding, conversion-friendly design, and mobile-first experiences is critical.

Fireball is a car care aftermarket company based out of South Korea. Its USA branch, based out of Olathe Kansas, coordinates closely with our Korean headquarters. Our flagship products are ceramic coatings, an aftermarket protection item primarily for vehicles. Fireball USA is a national brand, with partners all across the United States and U.S. Territories.
Ember Studios is Fireball USA’s subsidiary marketing firm. Built from the original Fireball USA Team, Ember Studios manages Fireball’s public image. Web Design & UX Execution
- Design and launch clean, stylish, responsive websites with high visual impact
- Work within Elementor Pro and WordPress to develop interactive pages and dynamic modules
- Utilize Figma and Adobe XD for wireframes, mockups, and client previews
- Optimize layout structure for UX, storytelling, brand immersion, and calls to action
Advanced Graphic & Visual Design
- Create layered, scrollable, modern visual compositions that stand out across mobile and desktop
- Develop high-level brand visuals, marketing assets, social media themes, and landing pages
- Integrate custom typography, iconography, textures, and design elements that reflect luxury and performance aesthetics
- Design across web, print, social, email, and product packaging with cohesive brand style
Strategic Marketing Design
- Collaborate with content and social teams to shape campaign visuals, product rollouts, and story-driven content
- Build dynamic, campaign-based email templates and visuals for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
- Design for ecommerce optimization, user journey clarity, and B2C/B2B segmentation
Tools & Technologies You Should Master
- Figma – rapid prototyping, collaborative feedback, modern UI layout
- Elementor Pro + WordPress – full site development, section animation, responsiveness
- Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom
- HTML, CSS, JS – comfort with front-end implementation
- Lottie / After Effects – motion graphics or scroll animations (a bonus)
- Google Analytics + SEO – use design informed by data
- Slack, Asana, Google Workspace – project collaboration
Must-Have Skills
- Expert knowledge of modern design principles and creative layering
- Advanced use of type, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate brand identity into immersive digital layouts
- Understanding of mobile-first and accessibility standards
- Portfolio that reflects agency-level creativity and multi-device experience
- Time management and multitasking across overlapping projects
Bonus Skills
- Photography or direction (studio lighting, color grading, photo stacking)
- Experience with motion design (GSAP, Lottie, After Effects)
- Print and packaging design
- Experience working with product-based brands or automotive / luxury markets
- Exposure to ecommerce platforms, CRM integrations, or Shopify

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
