S.E. Needham Jewelers is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing & Website Manager to take full ownership of our online presence. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about building brand awareness, engaging with customers online, and driving both digital and in-store traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Create and post high-quality content including Reels and short-form video
- Run and optimize Meta and Google Ad campaigns
- Manage our Shopify website, Etsy store, and integrated apps
- Respond to customer inquiries from website chat and custom jewelry forms
- Build and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Track marketing performance, report on analytics, and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee online estate jewelry listings and support ecommerce efforts
- Coordinate digital strategies for key retail events (Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, etc.)
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a degree in marketing, communications, design, PR, or related field
- Has experience with digital advertising and social media content creation
- Is familiar with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Has strong writing, communication, and customer service skills
- Enjoys learning, problem-solving, and working with a collaborative team
- Bonus: Videography or video editing experience
