Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Clean and sanitize floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning materials
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure floors meet cleanliness standards
- Assist with general custodial tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or environmental services
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to perform custodial duties as part of the job responsibilities
