Duzan Riding Academy is looking for part-time, reliable, detail-oriented stable hands/ stall cleaners to help make sure the barn runs smoothly and the horses are cared for.
Job Overview would include:
- Saturdays & Sundays, mornings preferred but not required
- Cleaning 12' x 12' matted stalls. Stalls cleaned daily. Sawdust bedding only.
- Horses are friendly and easy to handle.
- 10 stalls each day
- Maintaining the barn aisles and property clean
- $3.50 Per stall
Qualifications
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Be 16 years or older
- Experience working with horses and/or other livestock stall cleaning is required
Duzan Riding Academy is a Drug-Free Workplace and an EOE. Must be authorized to work in the United States. No live-in accommodations are available. No smoking or vaping on the premises
