Job Summary
Join Premier Rustproofing and Rust Repair in Bow, NH, as a Welding Technician focused on rust restoration, frame reinforcement, and precision MIG welding.
You’ll work hands-on with our expert team, restoring vehicle components such as floor pans, rocker panels, and undercarriages to OEM specifications. We value high-quality craftsmanship, technical precision, and a safety-first mindset.
This position is supporting the restoration and repair of automobiles in our shop. Any experience in automotive repair, auto body restoration, or MIG welding is a huge plus for us!
Responsibilities
- Execute MIG welding on frames, panels, and floor structures.
- Fabricate and install replacement parts using cutting and shaping tools.
- Repair rust-damaged structural elements to OEM standards.
- Inspect welds for safety and durability.
- Collaborate with management during disassembly/reassembly.
- Maintain tools and follow safety protocols.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in MIG welding.
- Familiarity with grinders, plasma cutters, and welding machinery.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in various positions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
