OxygenWell is a premier wellness center focused on advanced recovery, brain health, inflammation reduction, and longevity. We offer launching our state-of-the-art mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in a calming, spa-like setting. This treatment helps with everything from brain fog and energy to post-concussion recovery and cellular rejuvenation.
We’re now hiring a dedicated Wellness Sales & Program Coordinator to help grow this exciting part of our business! We have had our high pressure hyperbaric chamber wellness practice for over 10 years.
Your Mission
You will be the face of our soft chamber wellness program—responsible for running sessions, educating clients, and growing memberships and packages. You will also help develop relationships with Personal Injury attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and administer soft chamber HBOT sessions (training provided)
- Create a warm, knowledgeable, and healing environment
- Track visits and support intake paperwork and progress tracking
- Educate clients about packages, brain health benefits, and recovery programs
- Help grow memberships and referral sales (fitness, wellness, TBI, longevity)
- Light content creation (social media photos, testimonials, patient stories)
Who You Are
- Passionate about wellness, brain health, or recovery (no medical license needed)
- A natural communicator who can sell without pressure—just education and connection
- Highly reliable and organized; self-starter with a warm presence
- Comfortable with tech, scheduling tools, intake forms, and social posting
- Bonus: Personal trainer, bodyworker, yoga instructor, or fitness-focused individual with wellness clients already
Pay Structure
- $22 + hr while on-site running chambers
- 5% commission on session and membership sales
- 10% commission when you exceed 80 sessions/month
- $3–$5 bonus per session you administer
- Monthly bonus for meeting growth goals

- 2–5 days/week (flexible scheduling)
