Responsibilities include:
- Conducts biometric screens at assigned clients. Biometric tests may include a venipuncture blood draw, as well as taking blood pressure, height, weight and percent body fat and waist circumference measurements and other lab work, etc...
- Conducts Immediate Report Consultations following biometric screenings.
- Ensures that all supplies and equipment are in working order, checked out and packed/brought to the client on day of the screen.
- Responsible for equipment and supply breakdown at a screen.
- Responsible for biometric data reconciliation. Reconciles paperwork at the end of each screen and properly completes Job Approval Forms.
- Unpacks supplies and checks them back in.
- Responsible for biometric data being delivered to the Logistics Coordinator and/or Account Manager.
- Develops and maintains a clear understanding of HIPAA Privacy Guidelines.
- Demonstrates and provides excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Within one semester of completing a Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion/Wellness, Nursing, EMT/Paramedic, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field and/OR Certified as a Phlebotomy/Medical Technician and/or Medical Assistant, and/or one year of related experience
- Highly organized and proficient individual that can work quickly and with little direction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel with some overnight stays
- Valid Drivers License for at least the past 12 months
- Proof of Insurance is required
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
