Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $95,500.00 - $145,750.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Willow Inpatient/Inventory Analyst will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of Epic Willow Inpatient, Epic Willow Inventory, and the integration with other related technologies. This role requires regular communication, software review, and a strong understanding of business operations. The analyst will collaborate with vendors, project teams, HSS business representatives, subject matter experts, and end users to tailor the system to meet the organization’s needs.
Key responsibilities include analyzing workflows, collecting and managing data, troubleshooting technical issues, and generating reports to support software functionality. The analyst will also be responsible for developing and documenting internal procedures for HSS applications, as well as designing, building, testing, installing, and maintaining system solutions.
Additionally, the analyst will be expected to build strategic relationships with stakeholders and apply critical thinking skills to develop system solutions that align with business needs. The analyst will be required to manage tasks independently with minimal oversight and perform project management activities as needed.
This position may require a flexible work schedule, including night and weekend support for major implementations or critical system support efforts. Participation in an on-call rotation will also be required.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2+
Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with 2+ years of IT implementation and/or support experience. At least one year related application experience.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
3+
At least one year of application experience. Healthcare experience desirable.

Participation in at least one full implementation lifecycle. Good SharePoint usage.
