American Quality Service, a trusted veteran-owned auto shop in Hagerstown, Maryland, is expanding our services to include automotive window tinting — and we’re looking for a skilled Window Tinting Technician to join our team immediately!

Our work environment includes:
- Payment is negotiated personally and can be adjusted to meet your needs and according to the quality of service you provide. Usually handled on a per job basis.

We Require:
- Install window tint on a variety of vehicles (foreign & domestic)
- Accurately measure and cut tint film
- Prep vehicle windows and apply tint with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area and tools
- Inspect completed work for quality and durability
- Communicate any issues, concerns, or materials needed to management promptly
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience with automotive window tinting (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with customers and providing friendly service
- Must be willing to get a little dirty and work hands-on
- A drive to learn and grow (we love people who want to level up!)
