Job Title: Wire Investigator
Location: Riverside, RI
Pay Rate: $26.38/hour (W2)
Duration: 2-Month Contract
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Wire Investigator to join our Commercial Operations team. This short-term contract role is focused on case management rather than phone-based work, helping streamline volume and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring banking experience, strong multitasking ability, and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update investigation cases related to Wire and Real-Time Payments (RTP)
- Assign cases and perform diligent follow-up to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with all REG E guidelines, including Dodd-Frank Wire regulations
- Accurately document investigation findings with detailed, clear comments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve case issues
- Maintain high service level standards and support operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous banking or financial operations experience required
- Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior knowledge of domestic and international wire transfers is a plus
