We are seeking an Wireless Customer Associate to join our team as we continue to expand wireless and internet services. As an Wireless Customer Associate, you will assist in generating new business while maintaining existing customers accounts. The Wireless Customer Associate will understand all product and service offerings to be able to assist any business and customer with their telecommunication needs.

Whether you are an established business owner, new modern business, or customer looking to increase your connectivity our Wireless Customer Associate will be there to help. The Wireless Customer Associate will be responsible for applying current business trends, building relations and rapport with customers, and managing all accounts in a professional manner. The Wireless Customer Associate will offer services that are unique and make sense to each individual service request. They will also be able to process the order for them, delivering them with quick results. Our goal is to continue bringing our customers the utmost customer service experience, sufficing their needs, and developing tech services.
Wireless Customer Associate Responsibilities:
- Connect with business and customers to explain product and services that are available to them to make them more efficient in their business operations
- Maintain an understanding of all products and services offered, to be able to assist customers in their new telecommunication products
- Follow guidelines, policies and procedures in order to manage business accounts
- Demonstrate leadership ability across all departments in order to bring the team's skills to a high standard
- Process orders for business based on their telecommunication interest such as new wireless or internet lines
- Builds company rapport and customer loyalty by actively listening
- Support our sales team by helping to increase new business acquisition
- Frequently attend team meetings that will contribute to progressing skills in the Wireless Customer Associate role
Wireless Customer Associate Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, client associate, or sales preferred
- Comfortable learning a diverse set of skills within the Wireless Customer Associate position
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with customers and businesses
- Interested in working with telecommunication services and new technologies
- Ability to navigate technology and computer efficiently
- Leadership previously is a plus
- Dedication to providing great customer service and business experiences
