Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Customer Service Associate:
- The Wireless Customer Service Associate role is a fully in-person position where you’ll engage directly with customers.You'll serve as the front line for representing our wireless solutions, helping customers feel confident and cared for throughout the experience.
- Consistently work to boost individual and team sales performance by identifying buying signals, closing deals, and following up with potential leads.
- Collaborate with the Wireless Customer Service Associate team to grow market share through effective territory coverage and account development.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing customers by actively listening to their wireless needs, preferences, and frustrations.
- As a Wireless Customer Service Associate you will demonstrate deep knowledge of our wireless devices, service plans, and features—including the newest technologies on the market. While, able to clearly explain usage, billing processes, upgrades, and compatibility.
- Act as a first line of support by resolving basic issues or concerns. If needed, escalate more complex problems to appropriate team members to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications to become a Wireless Customer Service Associate:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
