Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage every customer to create a welcoming retail environment
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless products, services, and plans
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of mobile devices, wireless plans, and promotions
- Drive sales by actively promoting and upselling wireless phones, accessories, and service plans
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Participate in local marketing events and in-store promotions
- Stay current with wireless industry trends, new devices, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
