In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining client accounts, assisting with communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer accounts and tracking updates
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, or chat
- Enter and update information in CRM and database systems
- Help resolve client issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
- Support account managers and team members with daily tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
