This 100% remote position gives you the opportunity to meet virtually with teachers, school staff, and other education professionals, reviewing their pensions and retirement benefits to help them understand their options and secure their financial future.
You’ll receive pre-scheduled, qualified client appointments — no cold calling or endless lead chasing. Your main focus will be on providing clear guidance, building trust, and recommending tailored insurance and retirement solutions that truly make a difference.

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with teachers, educators, and school employees to review their pensions and retirement benefits.
- Clearly explain insurance and retirement plan options, tailoring recommendations to each client’s needs.
- Work exclusively with pre-scheduled, qualified appointments — no cold calling or prospecting.
- Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and a service-first approach.
- Document client interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements through ongoing training.
- Manage your own schedule and workload as a self-directed, remote professional.
Skills
- Active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (licensing guidance and support provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and using platforms such as Zoom, CRM systems, and email for client engagement.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, or financial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong integrity, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others plan for a secure financial future.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.

Pay: $76,730.91 - $116,278.09 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
