Workforce Planning Analyst (HR & Staffing)

Victory Disability is a national law practice focused on Social Security Disability, with a fully remote team of professionals across the U.S. We are growing quickly and are seeking someone who can not only support our HR function but also help us make smarter staffing decisions through workforce projections, utilization analysis, and forecasting.
What You’ll Do
As our Workforce Planning Analyst, you’ll split your time between core HR functions and workforce planning/analytics:
HR & People Operations (30–40%)
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee record management.
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR questions.
- Help ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Workforce Planning & Analytics (60–70%)
- Develop and maintain staffing forecasts to anticipate hiring needs.
- Track and analyze staff utilization and productivity across remote teams.
- Provide leadership with capacity reports and recommendations for balancing workload.
- Partner with managers to identify staffing gaps and improve efficiency.
- Create dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Workforce Planning, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or workforce planning tools.
- Comfortable with HR processes (onboarding, compliance, employee support).
- Experience with remote teams is a plus.
- Strong communicator who can translate data into clear recommendations.
- Self-starter who can balance administrative tasks with strategic analysis.
