The Role:
As a RxWound Representative, you’ll work independently to:
- Connect with providers passionate about faster, better wound healing
- Engage patients who are eager to heal and regain quality of life
- Serve Medicare Part B beneficiaries with cutting-edge treatments
- Represent industry-first products like the only legally injectable exosome therapy, innovative debridement tools, and solutions like RPM, RTM, and CCM
- Offer up to 15 different amniotic membrane allograft patches
- Immediate growth opportunity
Compensation & Freedom:
- 100% commission-based – unlimited income potential
- Target earnings: Six to seven figures annually
- 1099 contractor role – you are your own boss
- No quotas. No micromanagement. Just results.
- Note: Any listed salary is purely an estimate based on potential earnings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sales success (Top 10% preferred)
- Confidence and compassion when engaging providers and patients
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Self-starter mentality – thrive working independently and remotely
- Experience in wound care a plus
- Bachelor's degree not required but encouraged
- Willingness to submit a short intro video (<2 minutes) as part of your application
