Ichiro Izakaya Diner and Bar is a new restaurant in Fort Worth, TX serving Japanese yakitori and charcoal-grilled items along with small dishes. We are seeking experienced and passionate talents to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill high-quality skewered meats, seafood, and vegetables over charcoal.
- Maintain traditional yakitori cooking techniques to ensure authentic flavors.
- Manage inventory and quality control of ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a grill chef, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
- Knowledge of yakitori preparation, seasoning, and grilling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Passion for Japanese culinary traditions and customer satisfaction.
