"Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the yoga retreat, including scheduling, logistics, and participant experience. - Promote and market the retreat to attract participants and generate bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with potential participants, providing information and answering inquiries.
- Ensure a smooth registration and payment process for participants.
- Implement effective strategies to achieve a high booking rate and secure payments.
- Track and analyze booking data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including achieving a 75% payment and booking rate within a month, which will be rewarded with an additional bonus.
- Continuously strive to improve the booking process and optimize revenue generation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall retreat experience and ensure participant satisfaction.
At our Metanoia City Retreats, we want to ensure that everything is set and confirmed before processing payments. Therefore, payment for the retreat will not be fulfilled until we have reached a minimum of 75% bookings and all arrangements are in place. This allows us to guarantee a seamless and fulfilling experience for all participants.
