As a Youth Development Professional, you will be instrumental in fostering a safe and engaging environment for children and youth. Reporting to the Program Director, your role involves utilizing your core skills in childcare and camp management, alongside premium skills in classroom management and first aid, to support the development of young individuals. You will also leverage relevant skills such as tutoring and behavior management to enhance their learning experiences.
