Zuern Building Products & Design Center is actively seeking a full time Yard Receiving Handler at our Cedarburg location. Zuern Building Products is a family-owned and operated building material supplier and design company. We have five expansive facilities with complete showrooms in Allenton, Cedarburg, Franklin and Watertown. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming deliveries from vendors by unloading and inspecting products to ensure accuracy against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
- Tag, record, and enter received items into the computer system.
- Organize and store products in designated yard locations.
- Prepare vendor returns for pickup, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery details, and inventory movements.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control tasks as needed.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to unload, move, or stack materials, maintaining required certifications.
- Support walk-in customer service as needed.
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe, while protecting inventory from weather and damage.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Fork lift certification required
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 to over 100 pounds on a consistent basis. Possible weight of 125 pounds and over at times.
- Alert, focused and detail-oriented.
- Basic math skills
- Physically and mentally fit
- Self starter who works well independently as well as the ability to work well with others when needed
- Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
