Artwork Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the progress of packaging design projects from start to finish.
• Participate in timeline review meetings with project stakeholders and related departments.
• Attend information-sharing meetings with team members.
• Support the operation of packaging design creation and approval workflow systems.
• Propose process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
• Provide administrative and operational support for packaging design projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills.
• English proficiency (primarily for email communication; participation in meetings with overseas stakeholders may be required depending on the project).
• Strong schedule and time management skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
