Corporate Access Manager, Sales

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate access events, including roadshows, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows
• Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for corporate clients and institutional investors participating in events
• Communication Facilitation: Act as a point of contact for corporate clients and institutional investors, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any queries or concerns
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate access activities, including participant lists, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as research analysts, sales teams, and investor relations to ensure seamless coordination and maximize opportunities for corporate access
• Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence, investor sentiment, and industry trends to support the corporate access team in providing valuable insights to clients
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing the outcomes and feedback from corporate access events, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate access, investor relations, or event coordination within financial services
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) for liaising with regional stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint) for data management and reporting
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Research, Sales, Compliance) in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of APAC equity markets and institutional investor landscape
