Technical Project Manager

You will build and run program management for high-priority automotive engagements. You will define milestones, timelines, deliverables, sprint execution, and roadmaps; manage OEM relationships; translate requirements into engineering work; coordinate technical roadmaps and international rollouts; unblock dependencies; and resolve issues across teams and sites.

Responsibilities

• Define milestones, timelines, deliverables, and software development roadmaps
• Manage sprint and roadmap execution through series production
• Manage OEM relationships and schedule and quality commitments
• Translate customer requirements into tracked engineering work
• Provide regular customer updates
• Coordinate internal and external teams
• Align technical roadmaps and support international rollouts
• Drive issues and decisions to closure

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management or engineering experience in the automotive industry
• Supplier management experience
• Customer-facing experience with OEMs and executive stakeholders
• Technical knowledge of embedded systems, middleware, or ADAS
• Ability to establish program structure independently
• Ability to work across sites and time zones
• Native Japanese and fluent English
