Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator Job duties: To calculate transportation rates and manage and execute daily freight forwarding / Multimodal operations (export, import, air, sea, and road), coordinate with Sarens internal Agents and ensure smooth cargo movement in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and international logistics standards. Responsibilities Calculation of transportation rates. Develop a network of agents for all types and directions of transportation. Shipment Coordination: Handle end-to-end operations for air, sea, road freight, transporters, customs brokers, warehouses, and agents. Arrange pickup, loading, dispatch, and delivery of cargo as per agreed schedules. Prepare and verify operational documents (BL, AWB, CMR, TTN, packing list, invoice, COR, COO, etc.). Monitor shipment progress and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams. Documentation Compliance : Prepare / verify customs documents, transportation documents, compliance certifications. commercial documents, import/export permits, and required regulatory paperwork. Prepare Act of Performed Work, service reports, PODs, delivery reports, etc. Coordination with Accounts Finance : Submit required documents / Support Sheet for invoicing and payment processing. collection of original documents (when required). Reporting Systems Maintain shipment data /CRM , Prepare operational reports, delivery logs, and activity summaries. Maintain clear record-keeping and filing of shipment documents. Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2–5 years' experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations. Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, transportation regulations. Excellent communication skills in English and Russian/Kazakh. High stress resistance. Ability to multitask under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Ability to work with large amounts of data. Proficient with MS Office, logistics software (ERP in Future) , and email communication. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and customer service skills
