About the Role
The Accountant will support the finance function by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Support tax and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist during audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the FMCG or Supply Chain industry.
- Hands-on experience with any accounting software and inventory accounting.
- Experience in stock reconciliation, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
