Business Analyst - Finance Transformation

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join an international entertainment business, helping transform Global Finance Operations across O2C, P2P and R2R.

This is far from a traditional Business Analyst A role. You'll work with finance stakeholders to understand processes, identify pain points and help design smarter, more efficient ways of working using AI, RPA, automation and low-code technology.

We're looking for:

• 2+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Finance Transformation or Finance Operations
• Strong understanding of finance processes
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology
• Someone curious, analytical and keen to challenge the status quo
