About the Role

Are you excited about the future of software engineering and the role AI will play in shaping it? As an Agentic SDLC Engineer at Blue Harvest, you'll help organizations transform how software is designed, built, tested, and operated through AI-powered agents and intelligent development workflows.

This is a role for engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with a passion for GenAI, coding agents, and experimentation. You'll work on cutting-edge solutions that improve developer productivity, enhance software delivery, and help redefine what modern engineering teams can achieve.

You'll take ownership of complex GenAI and agent architectures, guide technical decisions, and turn promising ideas into scalable solutions that deliver real value for our clients.

You won't just be implementing solutions-you'll help define best practices, influence engineering standards, and shape the future of AI-enabled software delivery.

At Blue Harvest, we're helping clients navigate the next evolution of software delivery. We believe AI won't replace great engineers, but great engineers using AI will transform how software gets built.

We're looking for builders. People who thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, challenge conventional approaches, and enjoy solving difficult problems. We value curiosity, resilience, strong engineering judgment, and a maker mindset.

Whether you're experimenting with coding agents, building side projects, mentoring colleagues, or shaping the next generation of engineering practices, you'll have the freedom and support to make an impact. What makes this Role Special - Work o...
