As Sport Communities Coordinator (f/m/d) , this role will contribute by building and nurturing relationships with sports communities and ambassadors to optimize community engagement, enhance brand credibility and reach, and drive positive environmental impact. Engaging authentically with the communities, integrating ambassadors and sports narratives into marketing campaigns and activations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, this role ensures that our sports and product campaigns are always rooted in sports and community credibility, and that sports communities continue to be a powerful vehicle for meaningful brand building, connecting category growth objectives with environmental action.

Reports to: Brand Marketing - Sports & Product (title TBD)

Location: Amsterdam, Office

Hybrid: Working from home for maximum 3 days per week

Your Main Tasks - Sports community engagement. Understand the sports communities across Mountain and Trail sports and, partnering with Ocean and Fish Category Managers, develop shared understanding of Ocean and Fish sports communities. Define and manage engagement agenda and tactics to grow community engagement, brand credibility and reach, contributing to category growth. Drive our purpose, connecting these sports communities to the environmental issues we support and that intersect with their sports. - Campaign development.
