Digital Content Specialist (Hubspot)

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to support content management and digital marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing digital content across websites and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain website and digital content.
• Support content migration between websites and platforms.
• Manage content tagging, keywords, categories, and metadata.
• Work with HubSpot Content Hub to create, organize, update, and maintain content.
• Support day-to-day digital marketing and content operations.
• Ensure content is accurate, properly structured, and consistently organized.
• Apply basic SEO principles to website content.
• Manage large volumes of content while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support website and content initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in content management, digital marketing, and content operations.
• Must have at least 2 years Hands-on experience with HubSpot Content Hub is highly preferred.
• Must have experience with website/content migration and content organization.
• Familiarity with tagging, keywords, metadata, and basic SEO.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage large volumes of digital content.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Heavy content-writing experience and experience in content management and digital operations
