- 5+ years of experience in IT automation, including strong hands-on experience with Ansible
- Excellent knowledge of Ansible playbook and role development
- Experience designing and structuring complex Ansible solutions using variables, modules, loops, plugins, templates and other advanced features
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including configuration and resource management
- Experience developing custom Ansible modules using Python
- Good understanding of infrastructure automation covering servers, databases, storage and networking
- Experience with configuration management and automated application deployment
- Experience with security and compliance automation, such as patching, configuration hardening and certificate management
- Experience working in environments subject to DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements or similar financial-sector regulatory frameworks
- Good knowledge of Git and version control systems
- Experience integrating Ansible with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins and/or Bamboo
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira
- Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation
- Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
