BI Developer

You will turn complex data into trusted insights for financial, operational, and regulatory decisions. You will develop standardized data models, build Tableau dashboards, optimize and monitor ETL processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and support data-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop standardized data models
• Create interactive Tableau data visualizations
• Optimize and maintain data processes and pipelines
• Maintain and monitor daily ETL processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions
• Support project management activities for data initiatives
• Use AI-assisted tools for modelling, code review, and documentation

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in data modelling, data analysis, or data engineering
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub version control
• Strong Tableau dashboard, report, and visualization skills
• Fluent Polish and English at C1 level
• Experience with project management methodologies and practices
