Procurement Lead

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to oversee EPC contractor procurement activities for a major Oil & Gas development.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of Long Lead Items.
- Prepare ITT packages and coordinate tender processes.
- Support technical/commercial bid evaluation.
- Develop project Procurement Plans.
- Oversee bulk materials and spare-parts procurement.
- Monitor procurement schedules from RFQ through site delivery.
- Review contractor procurement procedures.
- Manage supplier/vendor interfaces.
- Monitor procurement schedule and cost performance.
- Support materials reconciliation and project close-out.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management or Supply Chain.
- 8+ years contracts/procurement experience.
- Major Oil & Gas project experience.
- Strong EPC procurement exposure.
- Long Lead Item procurement experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas suppliers/vendors.
- Tendering and contracting experience.
- Materials management knowledge.
