Job Description:

The Special Services Department provides assistance to clients in situations that include an influx of legal documents, filing these documents, processing annual fair market valuations of assets, reviewing expired promissory notes, zero valuing assets,

distributing assets and working with our Logistics Department to send these documents to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client correspondence including phone calls and e-mails
  • Receive, review, and save to file: fair market valuations, modifications etc.
  • Updating and Maintaining client investments and accounts
  • Detail account reviews and corrections
  • Review and assisting client with necessary documentation to Zero Value
  • Assist clients with complex, out of the ordinary, situations
  • Terminations
  • Drafting re-registration documents
  • Follow processes and procedures for compliance
  • Working with compliance to re-mediate account reviews

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle conflict
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask
  • Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
